Structured Dialogue and EU Solidarity Corps: debates with Commissioner Hogan

On Monday 15 May, the AGRI committee held a debate with the Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development, Mr. Phil Hogan, in the framework of the 2017 "Structured Dialogue". Political groups quizzed the Commissioner on a number of issues such as CAP post 2020, Omnibus proposal, end of sugar quotas, Unfair Trading Practices, organic production, Russian ban and Brexit. Before engaging in the Structured Dialogue, the Commissioner also presented the agricultural angle of the European Solidarity Corps.
